You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fitnook. If you are under the age of majority in your region, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
You keep ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant Fitnook a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content only for operating and improving the service.
Some features may require paid subscriptions. Billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play and is subject to each store's terms and refund policies.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Fitnook provides fitness and wellness information for general informational purposes only. Fitnook is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Your use of Fitnook is also governed by our Privacy Policy: fitnook.app/privacy.
You may stop using Fitnook at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.
Fitnook is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Fitnook is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
